    2018 年上海市中等職業學校公共基礎課學業水平考試命題要求說明
    英語科
    一、 考試性質、目的和對象
    根據上海市教育委員會頒發的《上海市中等職業學校學生學業水平評價實施辦法》(滬教
    委職〔2015〕34 號)和相關文件的規定,本考試是以《上海市中等職業學校英語課程標準
    (2015 修訂稿)》為依據的全市統一的中等職業學校英語課程學業水平考試。考試成績是衡量
    本市中等職業學校在籍學生完成英語課程規定課時后所達到的學業水平的依據。
    參加本科目考試的學生為本市中等職業學校完成本課程規定課時后的在籍學生。
    英語科考試分為合格性考試和等級性考試,合格性考試為全體學生必考,等級性考試為
    學生自愿選考。
    合格性考試的成績以合格、不合格形式報告;在合格性考試“合格”并且等級性考試取
    得有效成績的前提下,等級性考試的成績按兩者總分劃分為 A、B、C、D、E 五個等級報告。
    二、能力目標
    英語科考試旨在考查考生的英語基礎知識以及運用英語的能力。在語言知識和語言能力兩
    者之間側重考核語言能力。
    (一)語言知識
    測試考生在具體語境中對基礎語音、語法及常用詞匯和語言功能的理解和應用。其中對語
    音知識的測試主要體現在口語和聽力測試之中;對語法(參見“語法項目表”)和功能(參見
    “功能項目表”)的測試主要針對考生在句子和語篇層面上對所學知識的應用;對詞匯知識
    (參見“《課標》詞匯表”)的測試除了要求考生對所學詞匯能識別、區分和運用外,還要求
    考生具備初步的構詞法知識(參見“構詞法”)。
    (二)語言能力
    測試考生運用語言知識獲取和理解信息的能力,以及按情景或要求傳遞信息和表達思想的
    能力。
    各部分能力的具體能力目標如下:
    Ⅰ.“聽力”主要測試考生理解口頭英語的能力。其中包括:
    1.獲取重要的事實信息的能力;
    2.理解對話或短文大意的能力;
    3.簡單推斷對話或短文中隱含意義的能力。
    Ⅱ. “閱讀理解”主要測試考生理解書面英語的能力。其中包括:
    1.從常見體裁和題材的語篇中獲取事實信息的能力;
    2.根據語篇內容和上下文情景進行簡單推理的能力;
    3.理解和歸納語篇基本內容的能力。
    Ⅲ. “口語”主要測試考生的英語朗讀及基于簡單情境的口語交際能力。其中包括:
    1. 正確朗讀句子和語段的能力;
    2. 就日常生活中的常見話題進行簡單口頭表達的能力。

    Ⅳ. “寫作”主要測試考生的書面表達能力。其中包括:
    1.正確運用語言知識組織句子的能力;
    2.按照規定情景傳遞信息、進行簡單敘述和評論等的能力。
    三、考試知識內容
    根據《上海市中等職業學校英語課程標準(2015 修訂稿)》確定考試內容和要求如下:
    (一)基本素材

    (4) 健康安全(Health and safety)
    (5) 居住環境(Living environment)
    (6) 科學技術(Science and technology)

    四、考試方式與時間
    (一)合格性考試
    英語合格性考試采用閉卷筆試。聽力考試包含在筆試中。考試時間為 60 分鐘(含 20 分鐘
    左右的聽力考試),卷面滿分 100 分。
    (二)等級性考試
    英語等級性考試含口試與筆試兩部分,口試與筆試分開進行。口試采用人機對話形式,考
    試時間約為 10 分鐘,分值 20 分。筆試考試時間為 40 分鐘,卷面滿分 40 分。英語等級性考試
    滿分合計 50 分(口試×0.5+筆試)。

    Fast food and too much TV time shouldn't take all the blame for the weight problems. A group of
    researchers say that a number of ways of modem living—from lack of sleep to living with air
    conditioning—may be closely related to the weight problems of many people. Lack of sleep is one
    factor. Research in animals and humans suggests that a lack of sleep over a long period of time can
    increase appetite. Studies also show that many adults and children are sleeping less than they used to.
    In recent years, adults have gone from sleeping for an average of nine hours to about seven hours.
    Another factor that may be making people overweight is air conditioning. The body burns calories
    (卡路里) when forced to control its own temperature, and people tend to eat less in hot and wet
    weather, but air conditioning makes it unnecessary for the body to make any adjustment (調節).
    Researchers also list other possible risk factors for overweight, including more older mothers, whose
    children may become overweight more easily;and a number of medicines which can lead to weight
    gain. When it comes to any person’s weight, what really matters is how much they eat and how much
    of the food they use every day. That means balanced diet and moderate exercise are still the key.
